HOA dues are subject to change at any time. Our current HOA dues are $575 for an improved lot, $350 for an unimproved lot.

Yes, the community roads are covered with HOA dues

Yes, the HOA has 5 private, shared wells for our community.

Is there a new-member fee?

There is no new-member fee or transfer of ownership fee

What other fees are there for Ocona Estates?

Additional to the Annual Dues; we have an impact fee of 1% per square foot when building a new structure.
